Frequently Asked Membership Questions
If I buy a membership mid month which Giveaways do I go in?
A one month subscription is valid from the date of purchase.
So if you purchase:
Bronze Membership on November 7 you are automatically entered one (1) time into EVERY giveaway until December 6.
Bronze+ Membership on November 12 you are automatically entered two (2) times into EVERY giveaway until December 11.
Silver Membership on November 15 you are automatically entered four (4) times into EVERY giveaway until December 14.
Gold Membership on November 21 you are automatically entered ten (10) times into EVERY giveaway until December 20.
If you continue your subscription this will be the case until when and if you decide to cancel.
Do you have single entries into Giveaways?
Yes, we have the ‘One Time Access Pass’ that will be released prior to every giveaway. This is released specifically for each giveaway only and is not available around the clock. It gives you entry into that one particular Giveaway solely, plus some perks for 48 hours from purchase. It is not a subscription and you can purchase one or 50!
What happens if I win?
First off - congratulations! You will be notified via the Facebook live on the date advised for the competition. Secondly, just wait for your prize! Memberships mean that you don’t have any shipping costs involved - this includes those that have purchased a ‘One Time Access Pass’.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Decided you want more chances into each Giveaway? Then the power is yours. Just cancel your subscription before it renews and pick a new plan! Your number of entries into each Giveaway will update automatically.
Can I purchase a ‘One Time Access Pass’ if I already have a subscription?
Absolutely! If there is a Giveaway that you really want a good chance to win then you can purchase as many ‘One Time Access Passes’ as you’d like.
Will I get a number like in the old draws?
Put simply, no. Your name goes into a random electronic name generator one (1) time for Bronze members, four (4) times for Silver members, ten (10) times for Gold members and however many One Time Access Pass holders there are. All of this is laid out in each Competition T&C found at the bottom of The Brick Store website and linked to each individual Giveaway.
